The 2014 MISS WESTCHESTER & MISS WESTCHESTER TEEN
and 2014 MISS HUDSON VALLEY & MISS HUDSON VALLEY TEEN Pageants will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013
at the White Plains Performing Arts Center in White Plains, NY.
Stipulations:
- United States citizen
- Between the ages of 14 and 27
- Resident of New York State
- single female (never married or no children)
